Job Summary
A growing insurance agency is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager with High-Net-Worth experience. In this role, you'll manage high-net-worth individuals' insurance needs, collaborating with producers to provide personalized service and strategic risk management solutions. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for a book of business, managing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with producers to strategize marketing plans for upcoming renewals and new business opportunities.
- Prequalify prospects and analyze their coverage needs to determine appropriate insurance solutions.
- Collect necessary information to prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and submissions for insurance markets.
- Present clients with comprehensive information on available coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Evaluate existing clients' current coverages, recommend adjustments as necessary to optimize protection.
- Coordinate policy renewals, keeping clients informed and exploring alternative coverage options when beneficial.
- Manage billing processes, ensuring invoices are generated promptly and addressing client inquiries.
- Facilitate changes in coverage, endorsements, and updates, responding to client requests promptly.
- Handle all client service inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding billing issues and payment inquiries.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake additional responsibilities to support the agency's objectives.
- Knowledge and understanding of various insurance coverages, policies, and terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to convey complex insurance information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Keen attention to detail when reviewing policies and documents.
- Ability to analyze complex insurance situations and propose effective solutions.
- Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Preferred Agency Management System Experience: Applied Epic
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience handling high-net-worth clients and accounts is required.
- Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
