Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries
  • Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Quote new business and shop renewals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system
  • Educate clients on coverage options and provide guidance tailored to their needs
  • Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and Carriers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Bilingual (English/Portuguese) is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple carriers and markets
