Requirements include pursuing or possessing a brokers license in the state of employment, excellent organizational, communication, technological, and time management skills, diplomacy skills for resolving client issues, strong customer service skills with coverage assessment abilities, and a college degree or equivalent experience. Maintaining an active brokers license in the state of hire is mandatory.
