Pay Information $2,420 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience; previous travel experience required License: Valid State License Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Med Surg/Telemetry experience - Progressive Care Unit experience strongly preferred - Drip experience required - Willingness to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice Description: This is an adaptive acuity unit. On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care with a 3:1 patient ratio. This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Less time off is preferred. For holiday coverage, travelers are required to work two of the following: Thanksgiving and the Friday/weekend after. Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the Friday/weekend after. New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and the Friday/weekend after. Minimum 3 months of previous travel experience is required. Small critical access facility experience is preferred.
