Pay Information $2,246 per week About The Position Job Title: RN - Pediatric CVOR OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years minimum License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, PALS Must-Have: - 2 years of OR experience - Ability to function in multiple service lines Description: This is a travel RN position in the Pediatric CVOR OR. The schedule consists of 4 shifts, each 10 hours long. We are seeking candidates with cardiac experience in CVOR. The unit manages 8 operating rooms. There are 25 staff members including Charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and Anesthesia staff. The hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:1. All types of surgical equipment are utilized, including Belmont rapid infusion systems. The EMR system in use is Meditech. Candidates with experience in pediatrics and cardiac procedures are preferred. Typical procedures performed in this unit include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork skills.
