Business and Grant Analyst
We are looking for a Business and Grant Analyst to join our Easterseals NH & VT Team! The individual in this key position will support the financial and administrative management of grant-funded programs and oversee budgeting, compliance, reporting, and performance monitoring of grants to ensure proper use of funds and alignment with funding agency requirements. Additional responsibilities include: Review and analyze grant proposals, budgets, forecasting and funding guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. Monitor expenditures and ensure appropriate allocation of grant funds. Prepare and submit timely financial and programmatic reports to funding agencies. Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and key deliverables. Collaborate with program staff, finance teams, and grant writing teams to manage the lifecycle of grants (pre-award, award, and post-award). Serve as business partner as requested to align financial needs of programs with business functions and to manage finance related activities, including budget development and oversight to monitor and enhance financial performance. Participate in due diligence efforts for new initiatives, service growth and mergers and acquisitions. Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally. Work in collaboration with accounting, administrative, program and development staff to ensure effective financial reporting and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field and Five (5) years' experience in business administration to include grant management or cost accounting and rate reimbursement a plus Nonprofit, health care or human services background preferred A133 Uniform Guidance audit experience Strong background in financial analysis, budget and project management, and business writing Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to customer focus Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Hours: This is a full-time position. Compensation: $87,000 annually. Additional compensation commensurate with education and experience. What's in it for you?
