Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Easterseals NH & VT team! The individual in this key position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, developing financial models, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting. Additional responsibilities include: Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning. Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers. Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements. Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis. Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals. Work as a team player with focus on the organization's mission/vision and values. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally. Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a business field with a finance background Five (5) years' experience in finance related field Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Hours: This is a full-time position. Compensation: $94,000 annually. Additional compensation commensurate with education and experience.
