This outstanding opportunity allows you to champion rotating equipment reliability, collaborating closely with Operations, Planning, Maintenance, and Capital Projects teams. We are looking for an ambitious professional dedicated to optimizing equipment life cycles and ensuring flawless operations! What you'll do: Drive reliability and operational goals of rotating equipment through effective engineering and maintenance strategies. Eliminate LPO events by conducting rigorous failure and root cause analysis. Optimize maintenance strategies to improve uptime and efficiency. Improve condition-based monitoring plans for early prediction of deteriorating conditions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical equipment problems. Identify and implement improvement opportunities to improve refinery rotating reliability. Who you are: Legally authorized to work in the US Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. 8 years of Rotating Equipment experience Proven ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong dedication to safety and quality We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
