Responsibilities Utilize leading analytics platforms and programming languages, such as Power BI, Planful, SQL, etc., to effectively manage, review, and extract valuable insights from the financial and analytical data of multiple hospitals. Regularly collaborate with field leadership and various Home Office departments from Finance and Operations to Marketing and Procurement to execute on strategic plans. Act as the primary analyst and the key analytical point of contact for multiple field leadership teams, providing them with crucial insights and recommendations. Harness a wide range of data sources and information to identify existing growth drivers and develop strategies to implement these processes across multiple or all hospitals within the organization. Continually build efficiencies and predictive analytics to create industry leading execution time from opportunity discovery to operational response. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, analytics or a related field 1+ years of similar work experience, preferably in retail, healthcare of other multi-location industry, preferred Self-starter with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities concurrently Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using other analytics platforms a plus Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills Benefits Work with an organization recognized as #1 in Healthcare by Newsweek's Most Loved Workplaces in 2024.
