Job Summary

Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work. Primary emphasis is on the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. Job Description Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. PLC Troubleshooting Electrical installation and repair up to 480v 3-phase circuits. Repair of wide scope of industrial equipment including CNC lathes/mills/grinders, power press, hydraulic press, test equipment, etc. General plumbing installation & repair Routine HVAC repair and preventive maintenance Understanding of blueprint and schematic drawings General maintenance assignments Routine pneumatic / cylinder repair Assist with installation/relocation of equipment. Carpentry skills to construct wooden projects as needed. HVAC maintenance and routine prevention activities Completes various maintenance and repair reports.
