$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Are you a bold, competitive content creator who lives to make numbers grow and audiences engage? Do you want to be on the front lines of surgical innovation, capturing real patient transformations and building a brand thats changing lives? As a fast-growing plastic surgery practice in Midtown NYC, we are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to take our digital presence to the next level. This isnt just a social media job, its a high-impact marketing role for someone who wants to directly drive patient growth. In this role, youll lead content strategy, digital production, and digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X. Youll be the face behind the feed. This includes filming procedures, engaging with patients, and turning daily moments into powerful, high-performing content. What You'll Do: Develop and execute a goal-oriented content strategy to grow followers, views, and conversions Film and edit short-form + long-form videos (procedures, testimonials, aesthetics, reactions) Capture high-quality before/after photography of patients for social and marketing use Develop compelling captions, titles, and thumbnails optimized for each platform Own our social media calendar: planning, scheduling, and posting using tools like Hootsuite Engage with followers in DMs, comments, and story replies, plus live and in-person with patients Livestream surgeries and produce a recurring patient-centered live show/Q&A Track analytics and pivot content strategies to hit performance and engagement goals Collaborate closely with clinical, sales, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals Launch influencer campaigns and trend-based activations Stay on top of social trends, hashtags, and AI tools to keep us ahead of the curve What You Bring: 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or health A proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable results Comfort filming in clinical settings (no squeamishness here, youll be up close with real procedures) Strong editing skills (CapCut, iMovie, Canva, Adobe Suite) and an eye for visual design Excellent writing skills and the ability to capture and convey brand voice High proficiency with social metrics, content strategy, and modern growth tactics Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to streamline and scale workflows Competitive mindset.
