Supply Chain Proposal Analyst

You will be the Supply Chain Proposal Analyst for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for leading proposal efforts, managing milestones, and negotiating contractual positions with the US Government to ensure program execution success. As the Supply Chain Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing proposals to support the GMLRS program. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our program by providing expert analysis and guidance on supply chain management proposals. Your responsibilities will include: Leading proposal efforts and managing milestones Negotiating contractual positions with the US Government Analyzing and developing proposals to support the GMLRS program Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program execution success We're looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Proposal Analyst. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain Previous experience implementing change to improve processes Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations Ability to travel Desired Skills: Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a team environment Basis of Estimate writing experience Negotiation experience Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) Lockheed Martin Production Process & Control experience Lockheed Martin GMLRS Global Supply Chain experience This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
