Proposal Analyst Staff Member
You will be a Proposal Analyst Staff member, supporting the proposal process on the THAAD program. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality proposals to drive business growth and success. As a Proposal Analyst Staff member, you will act as a subject matter expert for pricing activities, supporting development, production, and sustainment proposals. You will coordinate functional inputs, price proposals using LM Estimating Financial System (EFS), and guide proposals through the management review process. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the entire proposal process, from RFP to proposal submission Coordinating functional inputs and pricing proposals using EFS Guiding proposals through the management review process Providing government audit support, fact-finding, and negotiating Ensuring TINA certification and compliance with regulatory requirements As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will thrive in this role. Basic Qualifications: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Strong financial/analytical skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems Desired Skills: Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements Ability to summarize complex data to influence executive decision making Knowledge of MFC proposal processes This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
