Utilities Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Utilities Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination of utility services and field personnel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, and be flexible with scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate utility service requests and field operations. Dispatch crews and equipment to job sites based on priority and availability. Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and dispatch logs. Communicate effectively with field staff, supervisors, and customers. Respond to emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed. Utilize dispatch software and communication tools to manage workflow. Qualifications:

Education: Associate's Degree (AS) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in dispatching, utilities, or logistics is a plus. Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Schedule:

Must be willing to work 34 shifts per week, each 12 hours. Must be willing to work swing shifts, rotating between day and night shifts. Additional Requirements:

Must be willing to complete a multitasking assessment as part of the interview process. Must successfully complete a 90-day training period. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.92 - $30.92/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
