CNC Maintenance Technician
1st Shift
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and overhaul of CNC machinery, with a strong emphasis on FANUC controls. You'll work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure machines are operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Operate and test systems to verify functionality and diagnose malfunctions. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble machinery. Use standard test equipment and hand tools for diagnostics and repairs. Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with FANUC controls (required). Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and PLC diagnostics. Familiarity with tools such as calipers and micrometers. Willingness to travel for up to two weeks at a time. Why Join Us?
