CNC Machinist
As a CNC Machinist, you will work with boring mills, machining parts for the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries with tight tolerances. You will be responsible for editing programs, selecting proper tooling, understanding controls such as Fanuc, reading blueprints, and using measurement tools like micrometers and calipers. You must also zero out the X-Y and Z axis before starting new jobs and perform tool touch offs to set proper tooling height from the XYZ axis. Edit CNC programs and select appropriate tooling Understand and operate Fanuc controls Read and interpret blueprints accurately Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers Zero out X-Y and Z axis before starting new jobs Perform tool touch offs to set proper tooling height from XYZ axis Experience with boring mills and CNC machining Proficiency in programming with Vizi, Work NC, or Mastercam Familiarity with Fanuc controls or other programming languages Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of using calipers and micrometers Openings on all shifts The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
