Periop Enterprise Coordinator
Scope of Position: Using detailed intraoperative knowledge candidate will conflict resolve resource limitations from remote location for seamless patient care delivery. Position Summary: Using detailed intraoperative knowledge candidate will conflict resolve resource limitations from remote locations for seamless patient care delivery. While on site, problem solve, expedite communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide, delegate and coordinate tasks needing to be expedited with other health care providers to meet the holistic needs of a designated group of patients. Ensure clinician satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, coordinate, implement and evaluate processes to meet the educational and competency needs of team members through effective use of a variety of learning activities. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school/college of nursing required with a minimum of three years of clinical experience required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills required. Ability to instruct and collaborate with others required. Experience leading/supervising a healthcare team, or in a related area preferred. Prior experience in management/leadership position preferred. Experience in perioperative area required. Location:
