on mild steel components. Welders use fixtures and weld symbols to complete units within set timeframes, averaging
2,0002,500 welds per day . Cosmetic weld consistency is essential. Productivity is measured by the
weld cell , not individual output. Shift Options
1st Shift : MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM 2nd Shift : MondayThursday, 3:30 PM2:00 AM Mandatory overtime on Friday/Saturday as needed Key Responsibilities
Perform Pulse (MIG) welding using fixtures and weld symbols Load/unload metal parts onto welding fixtures Pass completed units to the next welder in the line Maintain consistent weld quality across high volumes Follow PPE requirements: helmet, gloves, jacket, steel toe boots, ear protection Required Skills
MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding experience Ability to read and interpret weld symbols Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable in hot, physical environments Strong memorization and attention to detail Work Environment
Manufacturing facility without air conditioning Continuous bending, twisting, and lifting Strict attendance policy: max 4 occurrences in 6 months Weld test required (written + hands-on) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
