Senior Catering Director

Join a team of passionate professionals as the Senior Catering Director at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. This role oversees all catering operationsinternal and externalacross campus, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. Catering runs seven days a week, serving faculty, staff, and students. Key Responsibilities: Lead and train catering staff on service standards, menu presentation, and customer engagement Manage event logistics, including labor and food cost tracking Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal and custom menus Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred 35 years of foodservice management experience Proven catering leadership experience Strong communication and team management skills Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
