The Commercial Products and Infrastructure (CPI) org is responsible for driving Microsoft cloud & AI capacity, margin excellence and resource allocation rigor across Microsofts portfolio. Within CPI, the Resource Investment Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K engineering FTEs are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities. Engineering R&D role covers a wide range of responsibilities which includes various modeling and business analysis, partnering with engineering leaders on resource allocation decisions, and creation and ownership of efficient financial processes. The Senior Finance Manager
