Adaptive Digital is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the B2B SaaS space, seeking a talented Omnichannel Marketing Specialist to join their North American marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to expand their impact across integrated campaigns and regional initiatives. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where clarity, ownership, and progress are core values. Location:
Hybrid role based in NYC. In-office presence is expected three days per week (TuesdayThursday). Role Overview As an Omnichannel Marketing Specialist, youll be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and support pipeline growth. Youll work closely with regional and global teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and resonate with local audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans for North American events, including virtual workshops, partner webinars, and in-person community activations. Write engaging copy for email campaigns and paid social media, collaborating with channel leads to optimize messaging and performance. Coordinate logistics and speaker management for virtual and live events. Operate virtual events using platforms such as RingCentral, ensuring smooth execution and audience engagement. Support go-to-market initiatives by creating promotional assets and ensuring alignment across sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with content teams to extend the value of events through pre- and post-event content strategies. Adapt global campaigns to meet regional needs, ensuring relevance and impact in the North American market. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to inform campaign strategy. Maintain campaign resources in enablement platforms, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Salesforce and Tableau, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Work with operations teams to refine reporting processes and share actionable insights across departments. Candidate Profile 23 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional teamwork. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize effectively. Skilled in writing high-performing marketing copy for email and social media. Experience with campaign analytics and optimization. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Highspot is a plus. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Whats Offered Competitive Salary : Base salary range of $67,000 $80,000 per year, plus equity options.
