In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions that lead to unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities for enhanced mission effectiveness and survivability. The Compass Call Program Director manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a large development program or collection of projects/programs. These responsibilities go hand-in-hand with driving to achieve our financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Proven program management experience leading large development programs Outstanding customer relations skills Experience executing programs using earned value management techniques and metrics Strong proposal management skills and experience Time management and prioritization skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others Strong business acumen Top Secret SCI/SAP eligible Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience managing complex subcontracts MBA Active TS/SCI/SAP clearance Prior experience in engineering leadership, especially for complex system integration Deep understanding and experience leading programs as a program manager in all phases of the product life cycle (development, production, sustainment) Agile development experience Capture leadership experience Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
