Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics Self-starter solving challenges with sustainable solutions Leads complex projects requiring judgment and resourcefulness Creates and maintains custom reports and dashboards Experience in Time Tracking & Absence configuration and reporting (preferred) Maps data, creates and uses EIBs for data loading, ensures data quality Works on special projects like reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions Provides Level 3 HR issue resolution in ServiceNow Potentially designs and facilitates HR training on new functionalities and releases Partner with HR to gather requirements, coach, and drive execution Qualifications
Bachelors degree or 5 years HR experience At least 3 years in Workday Composite Reporting Workday Pro certification in Reporting (preferred) Ability to meet deadlines and produce key deliverables Strong attention to detail Flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills On-site work required at least 6 days/month Note: Unsolicited resumes from agencies are not accepted.
