Full-time, Direct Hire Salary:
$20 - $23/hour Essential Functions and Duties: Were seeking a detail-oriented (B2B) billing professional with experience in commercial or corporate environments to manage complex billing processes for subscription-based services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly billing adjustments and manual invoices based on contract terms. Review and validate invoices for accuracy; resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and customers. Research and respond to billing inquiries, applying appropriate adjustment codes and ensuring compliance. Maintain accurate customer account records, including posting payments and reconciling misapplied funds. Support customer setup and recurring payment processing in billing systems. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer-specific billing requirements and deadlines. Review system reports to identify and correct billing errors, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support on billing procedures. Qualifications: 18 months of related billing experience Strong understanding of billing processes and contract-based invoicing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills..
