As part of the Chartwells, you will support the business to promote effective operations from sourcing to service, as well as implementing successful long term strategic plans that align with client objectives. You will analyze, visualize, and tailor operational efforts with an appropriate level of product creativity and innovation. You will bring to the table strong leadership, employee development skills, sound cost management experience, and solid managerial expertise. You will also possess a keen understanding of customer identity, service, and ability to deliver, develop and execute events that exceed expectations! This role will be highly visible and will directly impact client experience. Key Responsibilities
Ensures that the proper management of resources, distribution of services to customers, and analyses of systems are conducted Directs business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the organizations Builds an effective and results achieving team Performs other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred 7+ years of experience, 5+ years in management Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and similar facts Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy Demonstrates an ability to work across multiple service lines Embark on a dynamic career journey with us, where innovation and creativity thrive, and your contributions make a tangible impact on our business!
