The ideal candidate will be responsible for following all ingredient procedures and ensuring accuracy in primary weights and measures. This position requires an individual who can follow written procedures, take direction from lead staff and supervisors, and work well with others as a team player. The ability to work in varying hot or cold conditions throughout the shift is also essential Receptionist Job Duties and Requirements: Perform cooking or mixing duties according to recipe requirements. Ensure raw materials match the listed recipe ingredients. Ensure product is cooked or mixed to customer standards via a retained sample. Adhere to all documentation requirements. Ensure all safety regulations & policies are being followed. Ensure Food Safety regulations, allergen handling programs, and HACCP plans are followed.
