Safran Cabin is looking for a sealant operator in Marysville, Washington. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone with first experience in manufacture/assembly and repair. The expected salary range is $34,660.00-$49,130.00. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. This position is for entry-level employees. The job involves building aircraft 787 structures carbon fiber parts using resins and epoxies according to engineering drawings, company, and customer specifications. The candidate must accurately build parts using resins and epoxies, adhere to company specifications, work instructions, and work orders, and seal parts per manufacturing order or static PWO as required per current revision. They must also properly maintain and identify defects in parts and report any findings to the supervisor or QA. Documentation of materials used in the process to maintain traceability and safe handling of various regulated materials are required. Part marks must be made according to engineering drawings, company, and customer specifications. The role involves working toward the end of the assembly line, organizing completed parts and paperwork, creating shipping paperwork, and assisting the shipping department as necessary to prepare packing of parts.
