We are looking for a Full Charge Controller to manage all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, and the ability to lead financial strategy while working collaboratively with our team. This role will report directly to the Owner and play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and financial health. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closings. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Reconciliations: Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate report of hours, overtime, bonuses, and commissions benefits, as well as benefit and garnishment deductions. Sales Tax and Compliance: Manage sales tax calculations, filings, and payments, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise the AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections, while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships. Loan and Debt Management: Record and reconcile loan payments, monitor debt schedules, and ensure timely payments and accurate reporting. QuickBooks Expertise: Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records. Audit and Compliance: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Collaborate with the estimating and other departments, fostering a team-oriented environment and providing guidance on financial processes and best practices. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and enhance internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a full charge bookkeeping or controller role managing full-cycle accounting. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred. Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel e.g., pivot tables, and other Office applications. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and drive financial strategy. Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, sales tax requirements, and financial compliance, with experience preparing for audits. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the restoration, construction, or service industry. Familiarity with franchise financial operations and compliance requirements. Experience implementing process improvements or internal controls in a small to mid-sized business. Why Join Us?
