Project Manager

Provides technical direction on projects to department or project participants. Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long-term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Maintains thorough knowledge of new developments and/or technology pertaining to the project(s). Monitors and recommends changes for improvement. Position usually requires experience and an advanced degree, or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge in area of specialty. The Project Manager will lead various campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment in electronic billing and payment options. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop creative content for promotional campaigns Coordinating with technical teams to integrate bill and promotional messaging across billing communications Analyzing campaign data to evaluate performance, monitor enrollments, and identify discontinue requests Developing strategies to optimize performance across all enrollment channels Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and results and assist with copy development Managing multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating robust negotiation and analytical skills Applying strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives Requirements: Proven experience in project management and campaign coordination Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams Effective negotiation skills and the capability to develop and execute impactful promotional strategies EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
