Cape Fox is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is a hybrid position. This position is contingent upon award. Requirements include US citizenship, 8+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools in an enterprise environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), and an Active Secret Security Clearance. The salary range for this exempt position has been established at $135,000 - $150,000. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Atlassian Administrator will provide support for the suite of tools with a focus on JIRA, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Duties include: The Atlassian Suite Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence applications. Requires experience in deploying, configuring, and managing the Atlassian tool suite in an enterprise environment Evaluate the O&M Jira instance, re-design, and modernization implementation as required Ensure 100% of the information in Jira accurately depicts the status and accurately tracks time in status throughout the workflow to completion Provide development and implementation of Atlassian workflows, custom fields, and screens Provide Atlassian application administration, including user management, permission schemes, and system settings Provide integration with third-party applications and tools with Atlassian tools. Perform upgrades and migrations for Atlassian applications Provide implementation and management with Atlassian Marketplace plugins and add-ons Provide repo manager and governance of the Bitbucket source code repository, including developing best practice procedures and monitoring appropriate access and use Travel Requirements: 75 - 100% Job Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools in an enterprise environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Experience with Atlassian Data Center or Cloud environments Strong understanding of Jira Service Management (formerly Jira Service Desk) Experience in system administration, upgrades, and performance tuning Hands-on experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jenkins) Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies Strong scripting and automation knowledge (e.g., Groovy, Bash, Python, or Jira Automation Rules) Experience in workflow customization, permission scheme design, and custom field configuration Experience with source control and code repository governance (Bitbucket or Git) Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud, ACP-610: Project Administration in Jira Server) are a plus Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
