Google Product Manager
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Five years of experience in product management or related technical role. Two years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Experience with the software development lifecycle for AI features. Experience launching user experiences. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. Two years of experience in software development or engineering. Two years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders. Experience with consumer or mobile products. Experience launching AI features. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. In this role, you will shape the future of the Googler Experiences, ensuring productivity and a seamless interaction with enterprise services. Your focus will be on driving the evolution of our core mobile application for Googlers, and also enabling exceptional AI-motivated experiences with IT insights. Your role requires close collaboration with engineering, user experience, and other cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features that enhance every Googler's daily interaction with Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Communicate product ideas beyond immediate work groups through various channels and expand stakeholder network for broader cross-team collaboration. Work closely with engineers, user experience peers, and other product managers and cross-functional partners across Google for integration and collaboration. Lead the cross-functional team and build processes to enable fast, high-quality execution. Drive the integration of AI to reimagine the mobile app experience, enabling anticipatory services for Googlers. Build and manage product roadmap, aligning with the broader Googlers Experience strategy. Leverage user research, logs analysis, and feedback to identify user needs and define product requirements.
