Oversee the performance of a portfolio of LIHTC assets to ensure compliance with program requirements. Conduct regular reviews of financial and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with property managers and partners to address asset performance issues effectively. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors and stakeholders. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, especially those related to LIHTC requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset value and sustainability. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property managers, and government agencies. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning for assigned assets.
