Manage the performance of a portfolio of LIHTC assets, ensuring full compliance with program requirements. Review financial and operational reports regularly to identify areas for improvement. Partner with property managers and stakeholders to resolve asset performance challenges. Provide accurate, timely reports to investors and stakeholders. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, with a strong focus on LIHTC guidelines. Create and execute strategies to maximize asset value and promote long-term sustainability. Foster strong relationships with developers, property managers, government agencies, and other key partners. Support the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans for assigned assets.
