Sales & Sponsorship Manager
The Sales & Sponsorship Manager plays a key role in generating revenue through strategic sales and brand partnerships across Stark Enterprises' commercial and residential portfolio. This individual will identify and secure advertising, sponsorship, specialty leasing, and brand activation opportunities while delivering exceptional client experiences. Working collaboratively across departments, this role directly supports marketing initiatives that drive engagement, enhance community presence, and strengthen overall business growth. Essential Functions
Sales & Revenue Generation Contracting & Internal Collaboration Specialty Leasing & Property Activations Community Engagement & Business Development Administrative & Financial Oversight Other Responsibilities Demonstrate company core values consistently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales-focused role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build long-term client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours and travel locally as needed; valid driver's license required. Competencies
