We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cross-Dept Coordinator to support the intersection of Production, Quotes, and Artwork departments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth production planning, accurate and timely customer quoting, and seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams on artwork and packaging development. Key Responsibilities

Production Support:

Coordinate production scheduling and prioritize work orders in alignment with customer timelines. Order and track materials and supplies required for production, in collaboration with production crew. Monitor raw material inventory levels and anticipate reordering needs. Ensure production orders are properly entered, tracked, and closed in the system. Monitor and maintain spreadsheet logs and other records for various department needs. Quotes & Pricing:

Partner with the supply chain team to obtain up-to-date material and service costs. Conduct cost analysis and collaborate with sales and operations to develop sales quotes. Prepare and maintain quote documentation and pricing history for reference and audit purposes. Support margin analysis and pricing strategies for custom and repeat orders. Monitor and maintain spreadsheet logs and other records for various department needs. Artwork Coordination:

Act as liaison between customers, sales reps, supply chain, and vendors to facilitate packaging and artwork development. Ensure clear communication of artwork specifications, timelines, and approvals between all stakeholders. Track progress and status of artwork projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and brand requirements. Qualifications

Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience working with Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of packaging, manufacturing, shipping, or artwork processes is a plus. Preferred Traits
