Provide clinical pharmacy services to support safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy: consult with providers and nurses, perform drug utilization reviews, monitor therapies, and recommend alternatives as appropriate. Document interventions and collaborate to resolve medication issues. Key Responsibilities Perform drug utilization reviews; develop drug review criteria and recommend therapy changes. Consult with nursing/medical staff on orders, reactions, and medication complaints; suggest evidence-based alternatives. Monitor assigned drug therapies and communicate recommendations to physicians and care teams. Support medication safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance; maintain accurate records. Job Qualifications Required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program. Arkansas pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) license in good standing. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong clinical communication. Preferred Health-system pharmacy experience.
