Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager at LeanData, you will be responsible for driving retention, growth, and long-term success across our key enterprise customer accounts. You'll lead account strategy, deepen executive relationships, and deliver measurable business value through adoption and expansion. This role requires a strategic, customer-centric mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration. You'll be a key player in refining how we engage and grow our enterprise customer basebringing clarity, focus, and energy to every interaction. What You'll Do
Own and manage the full customer lifecycle for key enterprise accounts, with a focus on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction Generate pipeline and drive revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities Understand customer business objectives and map LeanData's solutions to their needs across multiple lines of business Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring a win-win for both the customer and LeanData Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Support, Engineering) to ensure customer success and resolve issues Drive customer advocacy through references, case studies, and joint marketing initiatives What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in a SaaS enterprise sales or account management role Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive expansion opportunities Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior management and C-level executives Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness Strong business acumen and technical aptitude; Salesforce ecosystem knowledge preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment Experience with Marketing Automation, Salesforce, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus Why Join LeanData?
