We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience in a legal administrative setting is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with correspondence and internal communications Support special projects and team initiatives as needed Preferred Qualifications: 13 years of administrative experience Familiarity with legal documents or legal admin processes is a bonus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail If you're a reliable team player with a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
