Work environment: Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Will be fully onsite. Qualifications: 1+ year of recent administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing company. Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred. (For HS Diploma- will need to see 3+ years of relevant experience). Attention to detail. Ability to communicate and work effectively with different teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department Take phone orders and enter promptly and accurately Manage, clean and organize the front desk Maintain employment applications Collect and distribute all mail and packages Monitor office equipment, xerox copier, fax machines, etc. Monitor office supplies for replenishment Support the office manager and general manager Generate and distribute reports, assist in meetings Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, copying, sorting Responsible for organizing various office-related documentation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
