We are seeking a Floor Manager to join the beautiful AMEX Centurion Lounge team (based at SFO airport). This is a dynamic opportunity to join a terrific team dedicated to ensuring "wow worthy" guest experiences for travelers each and every day. Our Floor Manager is responsible for the supervision of the AMEX lounge food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. You will assist the General Manager with training and developing lounge attendants, ensuring all are contributing to an exceptional, relaxing, and welcoming lounge experience. Key Responsibilities: Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates. Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business Manages daily front of house operations to include opening/closing responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 1-3 years of relevant experience Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred Associates at Flik Hospitality are offered many fantastic benefits:
