Shuttle Driver
Sensei L?na'i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Shuttle Driver who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our team has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. What You'll Do: The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing a high level quality of guest experience while providing transportation to and from Four Seasons Resort L?na'i and Sensei L?na'i to off property activities. They will care for and maintain all vehicles in the Love L?na'i assigned fleet including tour jeeps. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides transportation in a safe and comfortable ride for hotel guests. Assures that vehicle is in good repair, clean and presentable. Must complete daily vehicle inspection report. Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and the surrounding areas and their attractions. Clean and wash Love L?na?i Fleet of vehicles to include tour jeeps. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Must have valid Hawaii Drivers License and must be able to pass the PUC requirements. And more! What To Bring: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required. Must have a valid Driver's License.
