L?na'i Experience Associate
Four Seasons Resort L?na'i, a Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a L?na'i Experience Associate who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. What You'll Do L?na'i Experience Associates are responsible for booking reservations, coordinating transportation, processing charges, and ensuring completion of liability waivers for Four Seasons Island Activities and beyond. They uphold established policies and deliver exceptional service by connecting guests with guides to ensure seamless experiences. The department supports guests of Four Seasons Resort L?na?i, Four Seasons Sensei L?na?i, Island Club, Ownership, Day Guests, and Employee Reservations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage the Book4Time system for Island Activities, including inventory, guest profiles, liability waivers, and charge postings. Manage the "Key" Itinerary System for the Island Activities. Ensure booking accuracy with Book4time. Cross check bookings 7 days out daily. Maintain constant communication with Leaders, guides and drivers and coordinate arrivals and departures at every outlet. Communicate any safety issues or noted concerns between all operations and management. Check in all guests at the designated time and assist with boarding Island Activities Shuttles. Assist with driving Island Activities Shuttle as needed. Ensure all Island Activity charges are posted prior to guest checkout through Book4time and Opera. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property. Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. And More! What To Bring Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States. Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Weekend and Holiday availability required. Must have Valid Hawaii Driver's License. Must have PUC Certification.
