Project Coordinator
to join its Huntington Beach office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment supporting a wide range of commercial construction projects. About the Company We are a respected design-build and general contracting firm known for technical execution, collaborative project delivery, and consistent performance on complex commercial and industrial builds. Position Overview The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational aspects of multiple ongoing construction projects. This includes managing documentation, tracking project progress, and assisting with internal coordination across departments. The role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Accounting to ensure effective communication and workflow. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project setup and maintain project files and records Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation Maintain communication logs and project schedules using construction software Support field and office teams with task tracking and documentation Interface with accounting for billing, cost tracking, and vendor management Assist in ensuring compliance with project standards and deadlines Project Types Industrial and commercial tenant improvements Cleanrooms and technical construction Retail spaces and light healthcare facilities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or administrative role in commercial construction Proficiency in construction tools and platforms such as Smartsheet, Fieldwire, Bluebeam, and SAGE Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset with a desire to grow within the company Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid vacation and sick time #LI-SM3
