St. Anthony's Resource Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, conveniently located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, offers a comprehensive range of outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and adolescents. Our highly skilled acute therapy team specializes in sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical limitations and other conditions affecting mobility and quality of life. Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers. Team members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist that has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time. Requirements: Required BLS (Basic Life Support) Required PT (Physical Therapy) Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Op I-SAH Location: St. Petersburg, FL Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Shift = Evenings Weekend Work: None On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
