Responsibilities
Oversee the full scope of physical construction from groundbreaking to completion Ensure adherence to safety protocols, QA/QC procedures, and project schedules Manage subcontractors, site logistics, document control, and relationship management Supervise all daily field operations and drive efficiency across teams Plan ahead to ensure the timely flow of personnel, materials, and equipment Train and develop Assistant Superintendents Maintain high standards for work quality, cost control, and timeliness MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL) Proven track record as Lead Superintendent on multiple large-scale wood-framed multifamily projects ($30M and above) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills What's On Offer
