Your Role & Impact As an RN in the Med/SurgTelemetry Float role, you will care for adult patients in med/surg, telemetry, and progressive care units. You will manage 56 patients per shift, utilizing telemetry monitors, IV pumps, electronic charting, and automated medication dispensing systems. This role demands flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication as you float between different units based on patient and staffing needs. You will be supported through a comprehensive orientation program that includes hospital-wide onboarding and unit-specific training to set you up for success.
