Membership Sales Advisor

Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading fitness, spa, and leisure firm, is currently hiring a Membership Sales Advisor at a premiere location in River North. The Membership Sales Advisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality membership base for the facility along with front desk support. The Membership Sales Advisor will earn $22/hour with a guaranteed 40-hour work week. They will have additional commission earnings opportunity of $25-$35 per membership sale along with monthly bonus potential for hitting sales goals. No monthly commission cap. Responsibilities:

Provide facility tours to prospective members along with sales presentations of membership and ancillary services. Handle telephone solicitation, prospecting, and other follow-up. Generate membership prospects through referrals, outreach, and tabling. Maintain lead pipeline through use of company CRM inclusive of sales pushes and lead follow-ups. Completion of new member onboarding including booking of complimentary services and highlighting any promotions and benefits of the club. Handle membership additions/cancellations and manage member churn. Assist with the development of promotional materials to generate prospects and solicit ancillary services. Meet or exceed monthly membership goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Collaborate with the team to support onsite/offsite events and promotions. Attend all scheduled training and meetings as required. Assist with front desk coverage including occasional open/close as needed. Timely and punctual when reporting to work. Tactfully able to communicate and enforce rules with members. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Sales experience in a service-oriented industry. Effective leadership, promotional and management skills with a strong work ethic. Possess the ability to prospect new members. Possess effective verbal/written communication and expression. Good listening skills with the ability to show empathy. Adaptable and flexible under stressful and/or unusual situations. Must exhibit organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills. Proactive, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Able to show initiative and make decisions. Must be able to troubleshoot and anticipate problems. Consistently exhibit team spirit promoting a productive environment. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Normal work hours: varied to include evenings, occasional Saturdays, and holidays as needed to hit business goals.
