At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests. THE JOB: The Sr. Casino Finance Manager will enhance the financial operations at Park MGM. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate and derive actionable insights from large data sets, enabling you to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and develop strategic initiatives that drive performance at our property. You will also partner closely with Corporate and Property Leadership on key projects aimed at improving financial results and enhancing the guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders including Property leadership (CFO/Presidents), property finance teams, and Corporate leadership including Senior Vice Presidents and Chief's of respective. Provide strategic financial recommendations, tools, and insights to better inform business decisions, P&L management and EBITDA enhancements.

Budget and Forecasting and P&L Management through advanced modeling and analytics in collaboration with corporate team members to identify opportunities, establish accountability, increase visibility, ensure financial governance and increase speed to action through forward looking forecasting.

Coach team talent and ensure alignment with overarching Company and departmental goals. Develop Managers of finance and analysts to ensure all deadlines are met. Reviews work performed by Managers/Analysts and is able to bring together and summarize the work being done.

Short to midterm operational planning through collaboration with team and stakeholders. Helps identify, implement and execute strategic operational changes through assignment or development of ad hoc analysis and or contributions through existing reporting.

Execute Tasks and activities in addition to assigning work, this role will also be actively working on modeling, analytics and research

Continuous improvement efforts through in-depth financial review of corporate departments to identify opportunities, create action plans and communicate with stakeholders to invoke changes that result in EBITDA enhancements.

Collaborate with peers and stakeholders outside of Senior leaders to ensure business acumen is being developed within the corporate departments. Transparently communicates with internal leadership and financial planning peers to ensure efforts are not being duplicative.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of experience in an analytical role or related field

Prior casino gaming compliance experience highly preferred
