The role of the Senior Manager of Finance is to energize and manage the relationship with the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) Gaming Audit and Accounting teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. The day-to-day includes: Oversee and direct all casino finance control functions, including property records retention program and associated policies Develop and oversee execution of property-specific programs, policies, and procedures as they relate to gaming/casino finance, accounting, audit, and state and county regulatory programs Partner with the Finance Shared Services Center to ensure accurate financial results on behalf of a property Ensure the property provides accurate inputs for Gaming Audit and Accounting as stipulated in the FSSC Service Level Agreement Partner with Compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are in place and functioning properly and notify CFO of prevalent and/or on-going issues Monitor and regulate access to the casino credit, casino marketing system, and other gaming sensitive systems The ideal candidate: Has expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Is a strategic thinker with high attention to detail and strong business acumen Has working knowledge of gaming regulations Possesses strong communication and relationship management skills to engage productively with diverse business teams The perks and benefits include: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Health & Income Protection Benefits (for eligible employees) Access to a variety of company Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment Discounts Free meals in our employee dining room Various programs and networking opportunities to help you get promoted Other various discounts with company partners such as travel, electronics, online shopping, and many more!
