You'll be the maestro of collecting, organizing, and validating all the data needed to rock those promotion pricing requests using cool tools like CFP, VIP-SRS, and Idig. Keep a sharp eye on our pricing system, updating status info, and managing the control log for all current and future pricing moves. Be the powerhouse that fuels seamless communication and information flow between Monster Energy and our awesome distributor partners. Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy among internal and external systems Upload new items and innovation into systems Execute monthly rebate audit to ensure rebate accuracy Respond to and resolve disputes from distributors, bottlers, account managers, field reps and internal team members Maintain accuracy and validity of all approvals and trackers Participate in special projects involving auditing and analysis Bachelor's degree preferably in business, or finance Between 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service Between 1 - 3 years of experience in related role Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others Providing excellent customer service with both internal and external customers Accurate and timely 10 key data entry for pricing Strong time management skills Strong multi-tasking abilities Strong analytical skills Strong ability to plan, organize, document, train, motivate employees Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $29.00 - $31.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
